Pregnancy and motherhood bring so many physical and emotional changes, and it’s normal to feel unsure about how to stay active or even where to begin.

According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, 60% of pregnant women who exercise report feeling more energized and experience fewer pregnancy complications. This makes moving your body during this time not just possible, but a powerful way to support your health and your baby’s development.

I know firsthand how confusing and frustrating it can be navigating pregnancy and postpartum fitness, which is why my goal is to help you avoid the common mistakes I made along the way.
