Get To Know Me!

Hi, I’m Savannah Haygood—a LaGrange native, Certified Nutrition Coach, BirthFit Coach, CrossFit Level 1 trainer, and first-time mama. My journey into health and fitness started after playing soccer for over 10 years and going through that familiar college season of figuring things out. I joined a gym with my (now) husband, discovered CrossFit in 2021, and I’ve been all in ever since.

I’ve always been passionate about wellness, but becoming a mom deepened that passion and gave me a clearer purpose: helping women feel strong, supported, and confident, especially through pregnancy, postpartum, and all the seasons that come with motherhood. I learned first-hand how little knowledge and guidance there is for pregnant and postpartum moms, and it really inspired me to learn as much as possible.

These days, you’ll usually find me coaching, training, spending time outside with my family, or grabbing an iced peppermint mocha from a local coffee shop. My goal is to make fitness and nutrition feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more doable - because feeling your best shouldn’t be complicated.
